Possessing a broker's license for over five years, he has effectively broadened his scope of services to encompass property management clients, tenants, and the general public. Frederick adeptly leverages his robust network of professional connections within the community. Furthermore, he is dedicated to philanthropic endeavors, volunteering at local animal shelters and providing a loving home for stray animals. His nurturing nature extends to caring for declining plants, refurbishing furniture, and reviving neglected items. Frederick derives great satisfaction from providing a nurturing environment for the two rescued dogs and four cats under his care.
A native of Los Angeles, California, Paul was a successful middle-distance runner, twice earning the title of fastest miler in his state. That athletic success led him to relocate to Indiana on a scholarship to attend Indiana University, Bloomington. At Indiana University, Paul earned a B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance with the second major in Business Management. Paul worked in many positions culminating his career in finance as the Divisional Financial Controller for a 500 Fortune company. Paul Medvin established RPM in 1990 and has been involved in every aspect of the company operations since its inception. He is our most experienced broker with an eclectic mix of expertise including real estate sales, investment acquisition, property management, and finance. He is the driving force behind the financial health of the company. Although his everyday duties are tied to finance and property management, he is still involved in sales from time to time. He also enjoys mentoring and providing guidance to his team. He lives in a charming historic home on South 3rd Street in the Olde Richmond District. In his free time, he can be found running down the streets of Richmond, bike riding on the Cardinal Greenways Trail, fishing on Middlefork Reservoir Lake, and traveling to historic cities to admire their beautiful architectural styles.
